Walter Gross

Walter Gross is a digital marketing strategist with over 25 years of experience leading innovation at the intersection of music, technology, and audience engagement. A graduate of Berklee College of Music, he began his career as a jazz guitarist and composer before moving into digital leadership roles at Universal Music Group and Blue Note Records, where he helped pioneer immersive fan experiences like the acclaimed Blue Note Spotify App.

He spent nearly a decade at Sony Music Entertainment as Senior Director of Audience Development and Global CRM for Legacy Recordings, where he launched large-scale direct-to-fan campaigns for iconic artists including Bob Dylan, Miles Davis, AC/DC, Pink Floyd, Michael Jackson, and Bruce Springsteen. His work helped define Sony’s global CRM playbook and drove measurable fan engagement across channels.

Walter now serves as VP of Digital Marketing & Strategy at Figment Creative, where he advises consumer brands and creative ventures on digital transformation, lifecycle marketing, and audience growth. When he’s not building marketing ecosystems, you can catch him playing guitar around New York City or follow along at @walteragross

Katie O’Doherty

Katie O’Doherty is a creative strategist and content marketer with a passion for storytelling that resonates. With a background spanning content development, brand strategy, and digital marketing, she thrives on crafting compelling narratives that engage audiences and drive meaningful connections.

As Director of Content Marketing at Figment Creative, Katie blends creativity with strategy to develop campaigns that leave a lasting impact. From shaping brand identities to executing dynamic content initiatives, she’s dedicated to helping clients cut through the noise with bold, thoughtful marketing.

Her approach is rooted in collaboration—working closely with brands to uncover their unique voice and translate it into content that informs, entertains, and inspires. Whether it's developing editorial strategies, optimizing digital channels, or crafting social-first campaigns, Katie is always exploring new ways to elevate storytelling in an ever-evolving media landscape.

When she’s not immersed in marketing mode, she’s hunting down the best new restaurants, shooting film photography, or off on an adventure with her dog.

Before launching Figment Creative, Allison spent more than a decade in the fashion industry, mastering the art of building brand identities that stand out in competitive markets. In 2014, she brought her fresh perspective to the dental industry, modernizing marketing approaches in a traditionally conservative space. Her leadership blends artistry with strategy, allowing brands to connect with their audiences in authentic and memorable ways.

Bianca Bono

Bianca Bono is a passionate and detail driven multidisciplinary designer that believes in the power of pushing creative boundaries, honest collaboration, and designs that make people stop scrolling and start feeling. As the Senior Designer at Figment Creative, she brings more than a decade of experience crafting immersive story-driven visuals that elevate brands and spark emotional resonance.

Her creative background spans social media campaigns, experiential activations, branding events, and digital content creation — each project grounded in strategy, collaboration, and a deep respect for the audience. She brings bold vision, strategic thinking, and is always looking for unexpected ways to bring concepts to life, Bianca thrives at the intersection of design and storytelling.

When she’s not in deep design or concepting a new visual world, you’ll find her curled up with a good book cuddled up with her three mischievous cats or hunting down inspiration in the wild — from old record sleeves to art pop-ups. She believes in expression, leaning into the strange & unusual, and using that creativity to build connections that last.

Lauren El Chaar

Lauren El Chaar is a marketing professional with a strong interest in strategy, operations, and creative work. A recent NYU graduate with a degree in Economics, she brings an analytical perspective to her role while supporting creative projects with organization and attention to detail. She joined Figment Creative as a Marketing and Creative Operations Assistant, where she helps coordinate projects and supports teams through the day-to-day execution of ideas.

Lauren enjoys working behind the scenes—keeping projects organized, helping workflows run smoothly, and making sure creative teams have what they need to stay on track. She values collaboration and thoughtful problem-solving, and approaches her work with curiosity and a steady, practical mindset.

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys skiing, watching true crime documentaries, and spending time with her dog. She values balance and consistency, and brings a calm, dependable energy to everything she works on.

Trayli Monroe

Trayli Monroe is a social media marketing manager who believes great brands don’t just post—they communicate with intention. With a background in social media strategy, brand development, and website management, she helps businesses turn their online presence into something cohesive, compelling, and unmistakably them.

With experience across luxury, jewelry and watches, manufacturing, entertainment, cosmetics, and aesthetics, she’s a jack-of-all-trades who’s quick to learn new industries and bring a fresh perspective to each one she dives into. Trayli specializes in storytelling, authenticity, audience segmentation, and community building.

When she’s not deep in strategy or content planning, she’s an avid fantasy lover, ren faire–goer, gamer, reader, and proud mother to two ornery dachshunds. A storyteller at heart, she finds inspiration everywhere she goes—seeking whimsy and creativity even in the most mundane places.
